Shipping / Returns
Vinosoree shipping rates were designed to be as reasonable as possible. The shipping rates we charge are based on flat rate real time shipping calculation via USPS (United States Post Office). The USPS calculator provides approximate, dynamically-calculated shipping rates based on the weight of the order and on the shipping cost to and from addresses. Real time shipping calculation allows charges to be a more accurate rate.
Most of our orders ship out within 1-2 business days. Rush delivery service is available via USPS Priority Express Mail, all at charges greater than other services. Please remember that most rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (whichever is greater) and result in higher freight charges.

The number of delivery days is based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). This approximation may vary, and weather-related or freight carrier delays are not subject to freight refunds or adjustments.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico can ship USPS Priority Mail and may take an additional day for delivery.
On occasion, products need to be returned to Vinosoree. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. To obtain return authorization, please call 302-409-0710 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon consent, the goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice and in the original packing materials including inner cartons. Example: Set of 6 wine glasses in the original gift box and then in the mail order brown carton. Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be returned in its original condition with the original packing materials. Product returned not in compliance with company policy is subject to refusal.
Returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase.
Misused or abused products are not subject to return.
Damaged and/or defective products are replaced or credited at Vinosoree discretion.
Credit due will be applied to your account after receipt and evaluation of said merchandise.
Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return. If you did not receive merchandise you ordered or received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Your satisfaction is important.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking service charge.
Liability Policy: Your sole and exclusive remedy against Vinosoree is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against Vinosoree for incidental or consequential damages.
